Figure 1. This is from the original idea in which a pair of sharp scissors would be attached in the slit in this pie server and one would be able to cut the food. |

Figure 3. This is the casing from an early version of the newest idea, which includes both a fork and knife. the knife would be able to be slid down in order to cut the food. This casing was scrapped due to its size. |

Figure 4. This is a basic idea of the fork that would go in the casing. This fork is flat, unlike an average fork, in order to conserve some space and make room for the knife to cut. |

Figure 5. This is an older version of the knife attachment. This would rock back and forth in order to cut. This design had some problems, so the knife was redesigned. |
